PAULA Port CDM provides a system for the management, control and optimization of the operations associated with Port Vessel Calls. The system allows to consolidate in a single application all the information of the agents involved in the operation of the call (Port Authority, Shipping Agent, Vessel, Pilots, Tugs, Moorers…).
PAULA allows to perform a retrospective analysis of the Scales already completed through a detailed record of all the events carried out, being able to detect bottlenecks or possible operational improvements. The system provides a view of the Authorized, Planned and Operational Scales both for real-time control of the operations in execution and for future planning and optimization of the same.
PAULA is a project developed by Seaport Solutions. Seaport Solutions is a Star Up owned by Infoport, created specifically for the development of this solution and that, among others, has had the support of Puertos del Estado through its Ports 4.0 fund.
