Scope of application

This policy shall apply to the following persons:

  • Persons who visit the website www.infoport.es
  • People who communicate voluntarily with INFOPORT, through the contact form on the website or by email.

 

Processing purposes and legal basis
  • In case of sending a general enquiry through the contact form or via email, the purpose of the collection and processing of data by INFOPORT has the sole purpose of responding to the queries raised. In any case these data will be incorporated into any file with the intention of carrying out a data processing or incorporate them into any database for the purpose of commercial communications, beyond those arising from the consultation itself. The legal basis for the processing of this data is the response to the queries made voluntarily by the user.
  • In the case of sending a curriculum vitae by e-mail, the purpose of the processing is exclusively to carry out the necessary actions for the selection and recruitment of personnel. In this case, the data will be included in a CV file. Under no circumstances is the transfer of data to third parties envisaged, except where legally obliged to do so. The legal basis for the processing of CV data is the consent given by the candidate to this privacy and data protection policy when sending his/her CV to participate in selection processes.
  • In relation to the cookies that INFOPORT uses on its website, and which are stored on the user’s devices with prior acceptance, all the information is published in the Cookies Policy.

 

Retention of data
  • The data derived from the sending of a general consultation, not being incorporated into any file, will be retained only for the duration of the relationship arising from the consultation itself.
  • The data of the curriculum vitae will be kept for the period of time in which INFOPORT considers that a new recruitment of personnel can be made effective.

 

Exercise of rights

Users may at any time exercise their rights to rectify inaccurate data, to erasure or the right to be forgotten, to object to the processing of data on grounds relating to their particular situation, as well as to restriction and portability of data, under the conditions provided for in the GDPR.
