Legal Compliance and Crime Prevention

Infoport has implemented a culture of legality and ethics in the company considering the provisions of Organic Law, 10/1995, of November 23, of the Penal Code and Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of people who report regulatory violations and the fight against corruption. In order to establish measures to prevent the commission of crimes, Infoport has enabled a reporting channel in which anyone, confidentially, can report possible non-compliance or illegal activities of the company.
